We operate as a ‘not for profit ‘organisation, solely for the benefit of our members.
The aim is to consolidate group prices for hotel accommodation in Can’ Picafort, Mallorca.
Currently there are 3 hotels who offer discounts to Mallorca Wheels members. All are 4 stars, offering BB, HB and All-Inclusive rates. Full payment is due on arrival, as no deposit is required with our agreement. We do ask for a £10 per person administration fee, to cover the cost of running this site. This will be reviewed annually, where any surplus will reflect in a reduction the following year.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No penalty charge for cancelations made more than 7 days prior to arrival
- 1 night stay penalty charge for cancelations between 6 and 3 days prior to arrival
- 3 nights-stay penalty charge for cancelations 2 days prior to arrival
- 100% of the total stay penalty charge for cancelations 1 day prior to arrival or NO SHOW
The above-mentioned percentages are calculated on the revenue concerning the rooms cancelled

TRANSFERS.
By private taxi – A price will be quoted when the numbers traveling at similar times can be coordinated. Bikes are transferred with passengers at no extra cost.
